1.License & Platform Terms
Closer is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly under the platform terms of the digital store from which you acquired the app: Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) on iOS devices, and Google Play's Terms of Service on Android devices. 2.In-App Purchases & Ownership
Closer offers optional In-App Purchases, including individual deck unlocks and the All-Access Lifetime Pass. All purchases are processed and billed directly through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing.
- Non-Consumable: All deck purchases and the All-Access Pass are permanent, non-consumable unlocks. They never expire and do not require recurring subscriptions.
- Restore: You can restore your purchases on any compatible device associated with your Apple Account or Google Play Account at any time using the "Restore Purchases" button in the app.
- Refunds: Refund requests are managed exclusively by Apple or Google according to their respective store policies.
3.Age Requirements & Content
Closer is intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The "After Dark" question deck contains mature, sensual, and adult themes intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and older. Users must be at least 18 years old to access and play the After Dark deck.
4.No Professional Advice
Closer is designed to facilitate fun, meaningful conversations between friends, partners, and groups. It is not psychological therapy, relationship counseling, or professional advice. Use your own discretion and respect personal boundaries when playing.
